Naoyuki MiyayamaRepresentative Director宮山 直之 Naoyuki MiyayamaRepresentative DirectorIn 1980, he joined The Nishinippon Shimbun, and in 1987, he worked for the Tokyo branch of The Nishinippon Shimbun before establishing Newsline Network K.K. in 1995. In April 2016, he became the second person in the world to be awarded the Commandeur d'Or by the Canton of Vaud Wine Institute of Switzerland.

Haruo ShimadaDirector島田 晴雄 Haruo ShimadaDirectorDoctoral degree from the University of Wisconsin, U.S.A. after completing graduate school. He is a professor emeritus at Keio University. He specializes in labor economics, but is active in a wide range of fields including economic policy, international management, and international relations. Under the Koizumi administration, he was involved in supporting policies such as the "Tourism Nation" as a special advisor to the Cabinet Office. He has also been deeply involved in policy formation, serving as a member of the Government Tax Commission and Chairman of the Specialist Subcommittee of the Council on Foreign Investment in Japan. He has a wide network of contacts in Japan and abroad, and is active in a variety of fields in addition to his academic research, offering balanced insights and candid statements.

Keiko MitaDirector三田啓子 Keiko MitaDirectorProprietress of the Hamadaya. Born in Fukuoka Prefecture. Graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University Junior College. After joining Japan Airlines (JAL), she married and became the proprietress of "Genjiten Hamadaya", and in 2008 became the first ryotei to be awarded three stars in the Michelin Guide Tokyo edition. She has been teaching women about authentic Japanese culture. She also regularly holds the "Okami Juku" (women's hostess school). She also devotes herself to passing on Japanese culture. She is also a mother of three children, and her child-rearing methods have attracted attention from many quarters.
